These are so delicious you would never guess they are
made with yogurt. Using fat-free French vanilla yogurt also makes them
healthier than most brownies!
Ingredients
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips | 1 cup organic fat-free French vanilla yogurt |
2 tablespoons butter | 1/2 cup flour |
2 eggs | 1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla | 1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup sugar |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and lightly flour an 8x8” pan.
Melt
chocolate and butter together in double boiler or microwave and set
aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs with vanilla. Gradually mix in sugar.
Then mix in yogurt.
In another bowl, whisk
flour, baking powder, and salt. Add flour mixture to egg mixture. Stir
in chocolate mixture. Pour into greased baking dish and bake for 25-30
minutes. Let brownies cool before cutting. Makes 12 brownies.
